Terms of Service
These Terms govern purchase and use of ProxyHub IP proxy access services (the “Service”). By creating an account, purchasing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, Refund Policy, Service Policy, and Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility and lawful use
You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and may use the Service only for lawful, authorized purposes. You are responsible for your users, software, target websites, accounts, and compliance with applicable laws and third-party terms.
2. Service
ProxyHub provides digital access to proxy endpoints, traffic allocations, or IP resources described in the plan purchased. Availability, location, IP reputation, session behavior, targeting, protocols, concurrency, and upstream network conditions can change over time.
3. Orders and pricing
Prices and quantities shown at checkout are validated server-side before payment. An order is not accepted until payment is confirmed. We may reject or cancel an order before provisioning for fraud, abuse, pricing error, insufficient inventory, technical failure, sanctions risk, or legal requirements. If a paid order cannot be provisioned, we will provide an appropriate replacement, credit, or refund under the Refund Policy.
4. Accounts and credentials
Keep account and proxy credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through credentials issued to your account. Notify support promptly if you believe credentials were compromised.
5. Third-party websites
ProxyHub does not guarantee that any particular website, platform, account, ASN, service, or anti-bot system will accept a specific proxy. Target websites can block, challenge, rate-limit, fingerprint, or change behavior without notice.
6. Digital delivery and final sales
Proxy access is a digital service. Purchases are final once credentials/IPs are provisioned or included traffic/access is used, except as stated in the Refund Policy or where applicable law requires another remedy.
7. Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited conduct includes fraud, phishing, credential attacks, malware, denial-of-service activity, unauthorized access, spam, evasion of sanctions or law enforcement, and unlawful collection or misuse of personal data.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to protect customers, upstream networks, third parties, or ProxyHub; investigate abuse or fraud; comply with law; enforce these Terms; or address non-payment or material security risk.
9. Availability
We work to maintain reliable service, but proxy networks depend on upstream carriers, residential/mobile networks, DNS, routing, internet connectivity, and third-party infrastructure. Temporary degradation or interruptions can occur.
10. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access, a particular IP reputation, or compatibility with every target website or use case.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProxyHub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the Service. Any non-waivable rights remain unaffected.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms prospectively. A new effective date/version identifies material policy changes. The version accepted at checkout is recorded with the order where supported.
