Service Policy
This Service Policy describes operational expectations for ProxyHub proxy-access plans. The product page and checkout control the purchased quantity, price, and currently available inventory.
Provisioning
Paid orders are confirmed through Stripe and then provisioned through the configured proxy-network provider. ProxyHub blocks new Checkout Sessions when live inventory or required provisioning configuration is unavailable.
Residential access
Residential plans are traffic-based and may support rotating or sticky sessions plus geographic targeting where available. Location and IP availability can change as the underlying pool changes.
Static allocations
Static ISP or subnet allocations, when listed as in stock, are provided according to the plan description. Replacement may be necessary for maintenance, abuse handling, upstream changes, or network availability.
Gateway and protocols
Customer credentials are issued for the supported gateway and protocol shown in the generator or plan documentation. Do not rely on undocumented gateway names, ports, or authentication formats.
Usage and expiration
Traffic, proxy counts, access duration, session duration, and expiration are governed by the plan purchased and current product description. Usage measurements shown in the account dashboard are the operational record for metered access.
Target-site compatibility
No proxy provider can guarantee access to every third-party website. Site operators may block or challenge traffic based on IP, ASN, browser/device fingerprint, account state, request behavior, geography, or other factors outside ProxyHub's control.
Service incidents
If a material ProxyHub-side or upstream failure affects a paid plan, contact support with the order reference and evidence. We will investigate and apply the Refund Policy where appropriate.
