Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how ProxyHub handles information when you use the storefront, customer account, checkout, support channels, and proxy-access tools.
1. Information we collect
We may collect your account email address; salted one-way password hash; linked Discord user ID and basic Discord profile fields (such as username, display name, and avatar reference) when you choose to connect Discord; account/session security data; order and product details; purchased, available, and used bandwidth; generated proxy-access records needed to provide the service; support communications; newsletter opt-in; fraud/security records; and a hashed form of registration or checkout IP used for acceptance and fraud records. Stripe may collect payment, billing-address, phone, and payment-method information directly during checkout.
2. Payments
Payment details are processed by Stripe. ProxyHub does not store full card numbers or card security codes. We receive payment status, Checkout/session identifiers, customer/order references, amount, and related billing metadata needed to fulfill, support, reconcile, refund, and defend transactions.
3. Storefront analytics
ProxyHub uses privacy-minimized storefront analytics for operational metrics such as visits, approximate region, device category, referrer, checkout starts, and completions. The application is designed not to store raw visitor IP addresses in analytics records.
4. Proxy-network traffic
The ProxyHub storefront provisions access credentials; customer web traffic does not pass through the storefront application itself. ProxyHub does not inspect or store the contents of HTTP requests or responses routed through the proxy network. Upstream network infrastructure necessarily processes connection data needed to route traffic and may process source IP, proxy authentication, destination host/network information, timestamps, bandwidth, connection errors, and similar connection metadata for service delivery, security, abuse prevention, and network reliability. Our upstream infrastructure provider publicly states that it does not log proxy-traffic content and that connection metadata may be retained for abuse prevention and reliability.
5. How we use information
We use information to authenticate customers, process and reconcile payments, provision and meter proxy access, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, secure accounts and infrastructure, maintain service reliability, enforce policies, and comply with legal obligations.
6. Sharing
We may share information with service providers that perform payment processing, hosting/tunneling, proxy-network infrastructure, security, analytics, communications, and support functions. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud/abuse, or respond to valid legal process. We do not sell personal information for money.
7. Retention
Account, order, usage, security, and support records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, account administration, billing, fraud and abuse prevention, dispute handling, tax/accounting records, and legal compliance. Customers may request deletion of eligible account information, subject to records we must retain for legitimate business or legal reasons.
8. Security
ProxyHub uses hashed passwords, secure session cookies, CSRF protections, server-side validation, rate limits, restricted administrative access, and separation of public files from secrets. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a copy of certain personal information. Contact the privacy address below to submit a request.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy as the service, providers, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date/version.
